What is the deadline to have items included in the parish bulletin?

Baptism may be celebrated during any of our Masses or after the 11:00 am Sunday Mass. We encourage you to contact us at least three months before the birth date or as soon as possible after the birth of the baby.
If this is your first child, at least one parent, but preferably both parents must attend a baptism preparation class. If you have questions or would like to register for the class, please call the Christian Formation office at 608-837-8509.
More information can be found on our Sacrament of Initiation-Baptism page.
Weddings
Please contact Fr. Michael Johnson six months prior to your wedding date. You can reach our priests by calling the parish office at 608-837-7381.
Anointing of the Sick
Who should I notify about a hospital admission or a need for Communion or Anointing of the Sick? Or if I have a loved one in the hospital? How do I schedule a pastoral visit?
As a parish community we want to ensure that each member of our faith community is known and we can journey with everyone especially during what can oftentimes be those challenging and trying times of illness. If you are ever in need of an anointing or a pastoral visit, please contact our Pastoral Care staff 837-7381 x237. Always remember to tell the hospital that you are a member of Sacred Hearts so when we call, your name appears on the list. More information can be found on our Sacrament of Healing-Anointing of the Sick page.
Funerals
For funeral planning and arrangements, after you have contacted a funeral home of your choice please let us know so we can schedule a time to plan the funeral liturgy, preferably a time when you are with the funeral director so everyone can be on the same page.
Who do I contact with questions about the parish Cemetery?
How do I obtain a copy of my parish records? (Baptismal or Marriage certificate etc.)
How do I have a Mass said for someone?
An individual may ask a priest to offer a Mass for several reasons: in thanksgiving, for the intentions of another person (such as on a birthday), or, as is most common, for the repose of the soul of someone who has died. One must never forget the infinite graces that flow from the Sacrifice of the Mass which benefit one’s soul.
To have Mass offered for an intention please contact the Parish Administrator or Secretary at 608-837-7381.
